A/B testing your landing pages is instrumental in boosting conversion rates and enhancing user experience. By experimenting with different elements such as headlines, images, and call-to-action buttons, you can identify what most effectively engages and converts visitors.

This approach not only refines the landing page’s design and content but also tailors it to meet user preferences and needs, leading to a more intuitive and satisfying experience for visitors.

Additionally, A/B testing facilitates data-driven decisions, helping you to understand and cater to actual user behaviour rather than relying on assumptions.

It also contributes to lower bounce rates and increased ROI, as optimized landing pages are more likely to retain visitors and encourage them to take desired actions, such as making purchases or signing up, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of your marketing investments.

In this article, I will show you how to run A/B testing on landing pages.

How to run A/B Tests:

In the Variants panel, you will find a toggle that says "Turn ON A/B test mode".

Once you turn the toggle ON, you will a dialogue box asking for a confirmation for turning ON A/B test mode. Click "Yes" to turn ON A/B Test mode.

You will find a button named "Variant weights" just beside the A/B test toggle.

Using this option, you can adjust the weightage of each of the variants.

Once you click the Variants weightage button, you will see options to adjust the variant weightage of each of the variants of the page. Set the desired weightage and click OK.

Based on the weightage provided, each of the variants will be served to your audience.

For example, if you set the weight for Variant A to 65% and the weight of Variant B to 35% and if you totally had 100 visitors - Variant A will be served to 65 of them and Variant B will be served to the remaining 35.

You can monitor how each of your variants is performing in the Analytics tab.
