Webhook integration allows you to send the lead data to the end point of your choice.

Setting up Webhook integration in Swipe pages is pretty easy and simple.

Swipe Pages has two types of Webhook Integration namely Page-level webhook integration and Global Webhook integration.

The Page-level webhook integration, as the name suggests, operates at the page level.

In other words, if you wish to set up webhook integration at a page level, then, you have to set the webhook integration again and again for each and every page on your account.

This can be a painstaking process.

To solve this, we came up with Global Webhook Integration.

Simply put, you have to set up one webhook integration for all the pages published under one particular domain.

This Global Webhook feature helps you set up webhook integration for your pages at scale.

In this article, I will talk about how to set up Page-level Webhook Integration and send lead data from the form on the landing page to the Webhook Endpoint.

Steps to set Page-level Webhook Integration:

  • Before we begin with the webhook setup, first, we must add a form on the page. This form captures the lead data that will passed to the Endpoint Via Webhook Integration.

Here is an article that talks about how to add a Form to your page

  • On the page where you set up the form, go to the Integrations tab on the page dashboard and choose the Webhooks option at the bottom.

  • Once you click on the Webhook button, you will see a dialogue box pop up.

  • Add a name for your webhook and then, paste the endpoint URL in the Webhook URL field.

Select 'Form Submission' as the Webhook Type and then click Continue

NOTE: You will find another option called "Payment Success" under the webhook type.

In short, this option, when selected, will send the order form data to the endpoint Via Webhook.

  • Now, click Continue

  • Select the preferred HTTP Method.

Add HTTP headers, if required, in the fields provided.

  • Now, you will see the field mapping stage of the Webhook integration process.

In some cases, the data will be passed to the endpoint only if the webhook field names match the names provided by the Webhook Endpoint provider.

In these cases, you add those names provided by the Webhook Endpoint provider under the Webhook fields and then, click Continue.

If there is no such requirement mandated by your Webhook endpoint provider, you can simply click Continue.

  • If you need to send any additional webhook fields to the Webhook endpoint, you can add them here and then, click Continue.

If there is no such requirement, then, simply click Continue.

The Page-Level Webhook Integration setup is now Complete.
