Agents Ecommerce Guide

Build ecommerce pages directly inside SwipePages using the Agents Ecommerce feature.

Written by Swipe Pages

What You Can Build

Agents can create:

  • Product sales pages

  • Simple checkout pages

  • Order forms

  • Quiz-to-checkout pages

When a customer completes a payment, the order is processed through the connected payment gateway and the invoice is created.

Before You Start

Make sure the following are ready in SwipePages:

  1. At least one product is created under Ecommerce → Products

  2. At least one payment gateway is connected under Ecommerce → Payment Gateways

  3. The product has the correct price and currency

  4. The product description is updated if you want the Agent to create better page copy

Important: A real product must exist in your SwipePages account before the Agent can create a functional order form.

Supported Payment Gateways

Agents Ecommerce currently supports:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Razorpay

  • Billplz

Currency Compatibility

Gateway availability depends on the product currency.

Gateway

Supported Currency

Stripe

Most currencies

PayPal

Selected currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, MYR, SGD, AUD, CAD, JPY, THB, and others

Razorpay

INR only

Billplz

MYR only

For example:

  • INR: Usually Razorpay or Stripe

  • MYR: Billplz most of time

  • USD: Usually Stripe or PayPal

The Agent will use or suggest gateways based on the product currency and your connected gateways.

Payment Gateway Rules

The following gateway combinations are supported:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Stripe + PayPal

  • Razorpay

  • Billplz

Current rules:

  • Stripe + PayPal is the only supported multi-gateway combination.

  • Razorpay can be used alone.

  • Billplz can be used alone.

  • The selected gateway must support the product's currency.

What the Agent Can Build

The Agent can create:

  • Direct checkout pages for a single product

  • Product landing pages with checkout

  • Multi-step order forms

  • Digital product checkout pages

  • Physical product checkout pages with shipping fields

  • Quiz pages that recommend products and lead to checkout

  • Order bumps using approved bump products

Product Selection

The Agent uses real products from your SwipePages account.

It does not invent:

  • Product names

  • Prices

  • Currencies

  • Product IDs

If you have only one product, the Agent can usually use it directly.

If you have multiple products, specify which product you want to use.

Tip: Use the exact product name in your prompt whenever possible.

Digital vs. Physical Products

Digital Products

A digital product checkout usually collects:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Billing country/postal code when required

Physical Products

A physical product checkout usually collects:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone when required

  • Shipping address

  • Billing address when required

Order Bumps

If you have order-bump products available in your account, the Agent can add them to the checkout page.

Important: Order bumps are optional. The Agent should only include them when you explicitly approve them.

For example:

"Add Product B as an order bump"

Quiz + Checkout Pages

Agents can also create quiz-based ecommerce experiences.

Common examples:

  • Hair quiz → Recommended product

  • Skincare quiz → Recommended routine

  • Pet product quiz → Recommended product or bundle

  • Supplement quiz → Recommended plan

The typical flow is:

Homepage → Quiz → Recommendation → Checkout

The quiz:

  1. Asks questions about the customer or their needs.

  2. Collects the answers.

  3. Matches the answers to a recommended product.

  4. Updates the checkout to show the recommended product(s).

  5. Can save the quiz answers with the order.

Important: Product Recommendation Mapping Is Required

For a quiz-based page, the business owner/user must provide the recommendation cases or mapping.

The Agent needs to know which answer combination should show which product.

For example:

  • Senior + Joint Support → Product A

  • Adult + Skin & Coat → Product B

  • Puppy + Daily Wellness → Product C

Without this product-to-answer mapping, the Agent cannot reliably determine which product should be recommended for each quiz result.

Example Quiz Prompt

Create a quiz-based product recommendation page for pet supplements from the homepage.

  • Ask 4–5 simple questions about the pet.

  • Based on the answers, recommend the right product(s).

  • Use the following recommendation mapping:

    • Senior + Joint Support → Product A

    • Adult + Skin & Coat → Product B

    • Puppy + Daily Wellness → Product C

  • After the quiz, show only the recommended product(s) in checkout.

  • Keep the flow simple: Homepage → Quiz → Recommendation → Checkout.

How to Get Better Results

When asking the Agent to build an ecommerce page, provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Exact product name

  • Digital or physical product

  • Preferred page style

  • Short page or long-form sales page

  • Whether you want order bumps

  • Whether you want a quiz before checkout

  • Quiz questions, if applicable

  • Product recommendation mapping/cases for each quiz result

  • Preferred payment gateway, if applicable

How to View Orders and Process Refunds

Step 1: Access the Orders Dashboard Navigate to your page builder and click the Orders button in the top navigation bar. This opens the Orders table displaying the invoice number, customer name, purchased products, payment method, order status, and transaction date.

Step 2: View Detailed Order Information Click on any individual order row or invoice number in the table. This opens the full order details view, where you can inspect:

  • Line Items: Product title, unit price, quantity, and total amount.

  • Customer Info: Full name, email address, and phone number.

  • Payment Details: Gateway provider, payment card details, and Transaction ID.

  • Form Responses: Custom form fields captured during checkout (if configured).

Ask the Agent to Capture Custom Data as in the below example you can see, that it is collecting the Information to contact for offer which is extra Form Data that you can collect.

Example Order Form for reference.

Step 3: Process a Refund To issue a refund for an order, scroll down to the Payment details card on the order detail page and click the red Refund order button at the bottom right.

Best-Practice Prompt Examples

Premium Digital Course Checkout

Create a premium checkout page for my digital course "Course Name". Make it modern and credible, with a hero section, course benefits, testimonials, FAQ, and a checkout section at the bottom.

Mobile-First Product Order Page

Create a short, mobile-first order page for my skincare product "Glow Serum". Keep the design elegant and feminine. Add benefits, ingredients, before/after-style proof, and checkout.

Quiz-Based Product Recommendation

Create a quiz-based product recommendation page for my pet supplements. Ask 4–5 simple questions about the pet and recommend the right product based on the answer mapping I provide. After the quiz, show only the recommended product(s) in checkout.

Helpful Tips

  • Use the exact product name whenever possible.

  • Keep product descriptions updated in SwipePages Admin.

  • Set the correct product currency before asking the Agent to build the page.

  • Connect your payment gateway before publishing.

  • Ask for a mobile-first layout if most customers use mobile devices.

  • For multiple similar products, use a quiz + checkout flow.

  • For quiz pages, always provide the answer-to-product mapping so the Agent knows which product to recommend.

Current Practical Limits

  • One checkout form per page

  • Gateway availability depends on product currency

  • Order bumps must be explicitly approved

  • A real product must already exist in your SwipePages account

  • Quiz recommendations require clear product-to-answer mapping from the business owner/user
