Settings up Email notifications when a new lead sign up is quite simple in Swipe Pages.

Let me show you how it is done. Let's get started!!

  • To get notified Via Email when a lead signs up on your landing page, you have to set up the 'Lead Notification Email' under the Integrations panel.

  • First, Navigate to the dashboard of the page. Then, Click on the Integrations Tab.

    After that, Turn ON the Lead Notification Email Toggle.

  • Once you turn ON the toggle, you will see the 'Lead notification email' dialogue box pop up.

  • Enter a Valid 'FROM' and 'TO' email address in the dialogue box.

    Please note that the email addresses added must be valid. Also, please do not add the same email on both the 'FROM' and 'TO' email address fields.

  • Then, click the save button on the dialogue box.

  • After that, click the Publish button on the dashboard to publish the page. That is all.

Note:
Lead Notification email will work only if it has a Form module on the page.

To learn more about the Form module, click here

Also, please make sure that you have used the "Email" form field type in the form on the page. Please do not forget to add this step.

Add the following to customize your Lead Notification email.

  • If you want to view the page name from which the lead came through your lead notification email, add this shortcode in the body of the lead notification email: {{page}}

  • If you want to view the variant of the page from which the lead came through on your lead notification email, add this shortcode in the body of the lead notification email: {{variant}}

  • If you want to view all the data from the form on your Lead Notification email, then add this shortcode in the body of the lead notification email: [leads]
